Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a size, a weight, a price or a claim on this site is wrong, tell us what the page says and what it should say, and we will fix it and note the date on the page.

What we can help with

• Which footprint suits a room, if you send the dimensions and what is going in it.
• Anything on the reference pages, including where a number came from.
• Corrections and factual errors.

What we cannot help with

• Orders, deliveries, returns and refunds. Nothing is sold here; those all belong to Amazon, and Amazon's customer service can act on them where we cannot.
• Warranty claims against the manufacturer.
